The doll on Dorothy Comingore's bed in 'Kane' has always fascinated me - is it from Susan's girlhood or has she caught CFK's collecting mania? Another of the film's unanswerables.
Not along the same lines, but the first thing I think of when you say movies and dolls is The Nanny, with Bette Davis. I love that movie...
