Should be a fun evening...Winterbottom is a very nice man, and wonderful in public appearances. Shame about the films, though. This one doesn't look particularly promising.

So how good is this movie? My hopes are perhaps unreasonably high.

From what I understand, people who have read the book first appreciate the movie much more. I've read the book and have seen the promos (but not the movie). I am excited and intrigued by Casey Affleck's performance from what I've seen. In the five minutes I've seen, he nails it but good.

Bill, I like the movie fine, or else I wouldn't be doing the Q&A. (I'm funny like that.) I'll have more to say about it after said Q&A is finished.
