I would have sweared 6) was from the Ramones; Google proved me wrong. Frankly, every quote from the Ramones perfectly sounds like a Von Trier quote, and vice versa. They stand on the same corny wavelength, several decades apart.
BOC should have stopped after 'Secret treaties'.

1 and 9 are Ramones. (Isn't there something about kosher salami that goes along with those? I haven't listened to that record in a good long while, so I could just be hallucinating salami, as I am wont to do.)

1, 3, 5, 7, 9 (note the sequence) are the Ramones. 4 is BOC, from ME 262. The rest are (by process of elimination) Trier.
The Ramones, BOC (and the Dictators) were all partially Jewish groups with Jewish managers, producers and record labels. And they all joked about Nazis.
Ah, the 70s. What a innocent time.
